The exclusive apartment is new-fashioned and has central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making machines. The location is great and lovely and it is just next door to the City Centre which is something of a party town at weekends in particular as well as shops, atractions and restaurants.

Marvellous location in a nice area so close to the surrounding area, the next door restaurant and downtown. Nice, welcoming people working here.

We had an excellent stay in a long time. The personnel was nice and welcoming, and the owner too. The food was lovely overall.

The units are great-sized in a drawer in the bedroom. The location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, it's in Old Town district just off the surrounding area, Kraków and beautiful Krakow. A special thanks to very amiable and attentive staff.

Had fine stay on holidays, the staff were amazingly friendly, location was incredible very close to an Irish pub. Liked food selection, meals were splendid and they have plenty of options.

We booked this place for my husband's 30th birthday celebration and we were delighted with our choice. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, very modern and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, just off the square, and we could easily walk to all the sights and attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even arranging balloons and a cake for our arrival. We were also impressed with the security of the hotel, with multiple key fob access doors before reaching our apartment. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely book here again should we return to the area.

The total experience was very very good, I would recommend. I loved the hotel, all the interiors were nice. Its location was unbeatable and peaceful, just 5 minutes walk from a Brick Gothic church. It was located in a calm area. All the staff was attentive and accommodating, fixed my issues. The breakfast had lots of options and included eggs and omelette.

Truly enjoyed every detail about my really great 4 nights stay here. An electric kettle, fridges and a ceramic hob in my deluxe apartment were a very thoughtful addition. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, had well furnished bathroom. The location was unbeatable and brilliant for walking around Main Square. Further, it was not far from shopping mall, nice bistro, and the center.

Lovely quiet and secure accommodation in a perfect location just a couple of minutes walk from the main square. Staff member we dealt with was polite, courteous and very helpful. Apartment itself was great and very comfortable and the bathroom with heated floor was superb. Would definitely go back.
